Tobacco-Free Post-Secondary Campus Policy: Strategies and Lessons Learned

In this webinar, Dr. Melinda Ickes provided an overview of the strategies used by the University of Kentucky to develop, implement, enforce and evaluate its tobacco-free campus policy. Melinda discussed the 3Ts model and the Tobacco-Free Take Action! Ambassador program. In addition, she suggested pre-policy and post-policy steps for a successful tobacco-free post-secondary policy and discussed common challenges and barriers.
