Developing the Smoke-Free Ontario Work Plan

 


This webinar was presented by the Program Training & Consultation Centre in collaboration with Public Health Ontario and the Ontario Tobacco Research Unit.

Designed to support public health department staff who are involved in the development and submission of the Smoke-Free Ontario Work Plan, this webinar highlights the important linkages between the sections of the work plan: needs assessment, objectives, activities and outcomes. A key focus is on the translation of local tobacco control priorities into realistic objectives and outcomes.

The webinar also outlines current options for collecting data and evidence to help identify local tobacco control needs and inform planning and programming at the local level.
