Chatham-Kent Smoking in Public Places and Workplaces Bylaw 265-2002

 
This report provides a summary of activities supporting the implementation of Chatham-Kent's Smoke-Free Public Places and Workplaces Bylaw. The report describes activities undertaken between 2001 and 2002 to get the bylaw passed, and to support implementation once it was passed. Ads, survey instruments, information packages to affected premises, and various communications are included in the report to maximize its utility in expediting implementation of similar bylaws in other jurisdictions.
