This resource, Partnerships developed between Ontario’s Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs) and Ontario Hockey League (OHL) teams: Key success factors and lessons learned from practice, was developed in response to a need articulated by members of the L.E.A.R.N. Tobacco-Free Sports and Recreation (TFSR) Community of Practice (CoP) for information on partnerships that were developing between LPHAs and OHL teams. The document provides insights into the key success factors and lessons learned from practice on how to form, adapt, and maintain successful partnerships between Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs) and Ontario Hockey League (OHL) teams for the purpose of promoting tobacco-free living and tobacco-free sports and recreation (TFSR).
