Social Media Strategy Panel - Campaign Planning and Lessons Learned

 
This webinar focused on social media campaign evaluation and the utilization of metrics to evaluate the success of a campaign. Participants were presented with sample social media campaign evaluation methods, metrics that could be used for evaluation, and methods for comparing social media campaigns to more traditional campaigns. The webinar also identified the challenges that exist in evaluating social media campaigns.
